Shipping & Return Policy

At Plush Khrave Fashionhouse your satisfaction is our goal.We will gladly exchange your item(s) if for any reason you are unsatisfied. 

 

The requirements for exchanges / returns are as follows:

 

The merchandise must be received within 15 days from the date of purchase.

 

The merchandise must be in new AND unused condition.

 

The merchandise must be in its original packaging.

 

A completed Return/Exchange form MUST accompany your return/exchange. Please include the Order Number and Billing Name.

 

No refunds on orders, taxes, or reimbursements for shipping will be provided. ALL FINAL SALE items are non-refundable/exchangeable.

 

***Defective items or incorrect orders shipped are an exception and are not included in this policy.

 

In the event that you received a defective item or incorrect merchandise, Plush Khrave Fashionhouse will reimburse the cost of GROUND/STANDARD returned shipping only. Please allow 7-10 business days for reimbursements to reflect to your original method of payment.

 

*If any other methods are used, the shipping cost over the standard/ground rate will not be reimbursed. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

 

There will be a label included with your order for address information only.

 

Plush Krave Fashionhouse does not ship on the weekends or holidays. Delivery dates are based on shipping preference and carriers.

 

For the security of your account, we may require proof of identity before processing orders. We accept a valid driver's  license. Also we  may require signature proof delivery.
